If you register on our website, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information. If you are not a registered client on our site, there is no personal information we can retain or view regarding yourself.

Information submitted through our contact form on our site is sent to our company email. These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes; they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

We will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.  We may disclose your information to our trusted third-party partners so that we can provide better and more personalised services to you.  Our third-party partners include data analysis and data augmentation companies such as Google, our membership software provider, and companies that distribute our communication material on our behalf such as MailChimp.

We collect your personal information to help us advise you about our services and to provide and communicate with you about the services you receive from us. We will use the information we collect from you for the purpose for which it is collected and for such other secondary purposes that are related to the primary purpose of collection.  We may also use your personal information as otherwise required by law.

Usage of personal data includes: verification/identification of the user during website usage; providing technical assistance; sending updates to our users with important information to inform them about news/changes; checking the accounts’ activity in order to prevent fraudulent transactions and ensure the security over our customers’ personal information; customize the website to make your experience more personal and engaging; guarantee overall performance and administrative functions run smoothly. 

Where permitted by ALMU members, our restricted member only section of the ALMU website shares details of individual member companies and their representatives for the purpose of business collaboration and networking.

Pages on the ALMU site may include embedded content, like YouTube videos, for example. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. Your privacy is critically important to us. ALMU permits residents of the European Union to use its Service. Therefore, it is the intent of ALMU to comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

Email, Newsletters and Other Notices

We may send emails throughout the enquiry process or related to the services you receive from us as well as other newsletter emails you elect to receive.  In addition, we may send out promotional material to you promoting products and services we think that may be relevant to you.  It is our policy to immediately remove any person from any mailing list upon that person’s request.
