Dr. H. Ernest (Harry) Henderson

Dr. H. Ernest Henderson has 47 years of experience in base oil and lubricant technologies. He holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Windsor. He has held leadership roles at Imperial Oil, Exxon, Petro-Canada, and Syntroleum Corporation. He has been instrumental in introducing re-refined Group I+ and Group II+ base stocks. Harry is a Fellow of STLE and the Chemical Institute of Canada.

Kevin Delaney is the Global Sales Director for the Petroleum Group at Vanderbilt Chemicals, LLC. With over 40 years in the lubricant industry, he has extensive experience in additive synthesis, metalworking fluids, and sales management across Asia Pacific and the Americas. Kevin is Vice President of the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE) and has been an active member since the early 1980s.

Mattia Adani is the President of the Union of the European Lubricants Industry (UEIL), representing over 450 companies across the lubricants value chain. He is also the owner and CEO of Nowal Chimica, an Italian SME specializing in metalworking fluids. Mattia’s career includes roles at McKinsey & Co., the Italian Ministry of Economy, and the Inter-American Development Bank. He holds degrees from Politecnico di Milano, École Centrale Paris, and Harvard University.

Stephan has facilitated communication between industry stakeholders and policymakers and led various national and international technical groups.

Terry Dicken is a Chartered Chemist with a BSc (Hons) in Applied Chemistry and an MSc in Instrumental Chemical Analysis. Celebrating 50 years in the lubricants industry, he has held roles in research and development, technical services, marketing, and technology transfer. Terry is Managing Director of Global Lubricants Ltd, which he founded in the UK in 1997, and works as an independent consultant for REACH compliance. Dr. Tarunendr Singh is the Director of Business Development at Siddharth Grease & Lubes Pvt. Ltd. With 38 years of experience in greases and tribology, he has published over 100 papers and received numerous awards for his contributions. Tarunendr holds a PhD in Applied Chemistry, focusing on extreme pressure lubricant additives, and an MBA in Marketing. He serves as Senior Vice President of NLGI-India Chapter and Joint Secretary of the Tribology Society of India. He is also a recipient of the 2024 NLGI Golden Grease Gun Award for his work in grease technology.
