Lim Jing Wen is the Lead Business Development Specialist for Base Oil at Chevron Singapore Pte. Ltd., bringing over 16 years of diverse experience in the energy and chemicals sector. She began her career in engineering and operations in the additives industry before moving into commercial roles, specializing in sales and business development across lubricants and base oils. Prior to her current position, Jing Wen worked on lower carbon solutions, reflecting her interest in advancing energy transition in the energy industry.

Jae Hyun Kim brings more than 25 years of experience in the lubricant and fuels industry, with more than 15 years at Afton Chemical. As a member of Afton’s leadership team, he drives growth in the Asia Pacific region by implementing the company’s ‘Passion for Solutions’ strategy.

Michael (Mike) Alcantara is the General Manager, APAC Lubricants Supply Chain at Shell, a role he assumed on 1 February 2025. With over 25 years of experience in marketing, finance, and business development, he has led major acquisitions and transformations, including the integration of low-carbon feedstock operations and the optimisation of global real estate assets.
