SCG Chemicals Public Company Limited (SCGC) and PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (PTTGC) have agreed on key terms for a joint venture that would combine their olefins and polyolefins businesses in Thailand, according to filings the two groups made to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on October 28.
