Michael Dreyer brings over 30 years of global leadership experience in the automotive, semiconductor, and electronics sectors. Now heading Valvoline’s business across Asia Pacific and Oceania, Michael’s industry insights and forward-looking perspective will inspire us as we look ahead to new frontiers in technology, sustainability, and business transformation.
Before joining Valvoline, he held senior executive roles at Goodyear, TE Connectivity, and several other global technology firms, serving clients such as Apple, Samsung, and Cisco. An engineer by training and a passionate gourmet chef at heart, Michael also holds five patents and has published more than 30 technical papers.
