Engine oil for motor vehicles sold in Malaysia will have to be certified and carry a SIRIM conformity label from 6 October 2026, the third enforcement date set for an order gazetted almost two years ago, the Asian Lubricant Exhibition (ALE) 2026 heard on 9 September.
